What people had to say afterwards
Most people don't know exactly what to expect before their first Lunaire.
So rather than us trying to explain it, here's what some past guests had to say afterwards.

Terms & Conditons
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These Terms apply to applications, invitations, ticket purchases and attendance at Lunaire events.
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Lunaire is operated by Lunaire Events Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Company number: 15972790
Registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX
Email: hello@lunaire.club
“Lunaire”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lunaire Events Ltd.
2. Eligibility
Lunaire events are for adults aged 20+ unless a different age range is specified for a particular event.
By applying or purchasing a ticket, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements of the event.
We may request valid photo ID and may refuse entry where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Applications, Invitations & Curation
Lunaire events may be invite-only or curated. Applying does not guarantee an invitation or access to every event.
We may curate events based on factors such as age or life stage, location, interests, event format and the overall composition of the room.
Our aim is to create balanced, comfortable environments. We do not unlawfully discriminate.
4. Tickets, Payment & Refunds
Tickets are valid only for the person and event for which they were purchased and may not be transferred without our approval.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind or can no longer attend. Dated leisure events are generally exempt from the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
If Lunaire cancels an event, you will receive a full refund. If we make a material change to the date or venue, we will offer an appropriate refund or transfer option.
Where a refund is due, we aim to process it within 14 days.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Event Changes & Force Majeure
We may make reasonable changes to an event, including its venue, timing, hosts or format.
If an event is affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including venue closure, severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions or other events outside our control — we will take reasonable steps to notify guests and, where appropriate, offer rescheduling, transfer or refund options.
6. Walks, Runs & Movement Events
Movement-based events involve physical activity.
By participating, you are responsible for deciding whether the activity is suitable for you and for taking reasonable care of your own health and safety, including appropriate footwear, hydration and awareness of your surroundings.
Lunaire does not provide medical advice or supervision.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
7. Guest Conduct
We want Lunaire to feel safe, respectful and welcoming.
Guests must treat other attendees, hosts and venue staff respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threatening or inappropriate behaviour, illegal substances, excessive intoxication or behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
We may refuse entry or require a guest to leave where we reasonably believe their behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe.
Where a guest is refused entry or removed because of their own conduct, a refund will not normally be provided.
8. Photography & Media
Photography and filming may take place at Lunaire events for use on our website, social media and other promotional channels.
We will make reasonable efforts to let guests know when content is being captured. If you would prefer not to appear in identifiable photography or video, please tell a host or photographer and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Further information about how we use personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
9. Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your belongings, alcohol consumption, personal decisions and interactions with other guests.
Lunaire does not conduct background checks on attendees and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, compatibility or behaviour of any guest.
Any relationship, communication or interaction that continues during or after an event is at your own discretion.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Communications
We may contact you with information necessary to manage your application, invitation, booking or attendance, including confirmations, event updates and important operational information.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing laws. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately from acceptance of these Terms.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
12. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and your rights.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing booking where doing so would unfairly disadvantage you.
