Lunaire is open to individuals aged 20 and over. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and locations.

Application for Invitations

1. By submitting an application for an invitation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Invitations to Lunaire events are granted at the sole discretion of Lunaire’s team.

3. Factors considered when reviewing applications may include, but are not limited to:

   • Event-specific demographic considerations, such as age, location, and interests.

   • The need to maintain a balanced and engaging environment for all attendees.

4. Applicants who are not immediately selected for an invitation may be placed on a waitlist for future events.

5. Lunaire reserves the right to modify the selection process at any time.

Event Access

1. Lunaire events are invite-only gatherings designed to bring like-minded single individuals together.

2. Selection for each event is unique and based on event-specific criteria and the discretion of Lunaire.

3. Lunaire reserves the right to vary selection criteria based on the specific nature and objectives of each event.

Email and WhatsApp Communication

1. By submitting an application, you agree to receive communications from Lunaire via email and WhatsApp.

2. Your contact details will be used exclusively for purposes related to your application and event invitations.

3. You may receive updates, notifications, and promotional offers related to Lunaire.

4. You may opt out of communications at any time by notifying us.

5. Lunaire will take appropriate measures to ensure data security, but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of email and WhatsApp communications.

Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a Lunaire event, you agree to the following:

Tickets & Attendance

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each invitation recipient may purchase a maximum of two tickets per event.

2. Sharing or unauthorized distribution of ticket links may result in cancellation of your ticket(s).

3. Name and contact details of a +1 must be provided at least 48 hours before the event. Only one change request per booking will be accepted.

Conduct & Safety

1. All attendees must treat fellow guests, event hosts, and venue staff with respect. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior will result in a permanent ban without refund.

2. Lunaire does not guarantee a specific number of attendees or an exact gender ratio at events.

3. Attendees are responsible for their personal safety and belongings during events. Lunaire is not liable for any loss or damage.

4. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event.

5. Lunaire reserves the right to verify attendees’ identities. A valid photo ID may be required for entry. The minimum age for attendance is 20 years.

Liability & Disclaimer

1. Lunaire is not responsible for the behavior or actions of event attendees.

2. Lunaire does not conduct background checks on attendees and makes no guarantees about individuals’ identities or compatibility.

3. Any interactions, meetings, or relationships formed at Lunaire events are at your own risk.

4. Lunaire is not liable for any damages arising from event attendance, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or financial loss.

Final Provisions

1. Lunaire reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. By submitting an application or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
