Lunaire is open to people aged 20 and above.
If you’re open-minded, grounded, and interested in meeting new people in real life, you’re welcome to apply — wherever you’re based, and whatever your background.

Lunaire does not discriminate based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic.
We’re committed to creating warm, respectful spaces where everyone feels seen.

How Invitations Work

By applying, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Invitations aren’t guaranteed, but each one is thoughtfully considered.

Our team looks at a few factors for each event, including (but not limited to):

  • Age, location, and shared interests

  • The balance and energy of the room

  • The overall feel we’re curating for that specific night

If you’re not invited right away, you may be added to the waitlist for future rooms.
We may adapt the invitation process depending on the vibe and scale of the event.

Event Access

Every Lunaire event is invite-only.

Who gets invited depends on the room we’re building — the space, the energy, and the people we think will make it flow.
Selection may shift slightly from event to event, but the aim is always the same:
a room that feels good the moment you walk in.

Staying in Touch

By applying, you agree that we may contact you by email or WhatsApp with:

  • Updates about your application

  • Invitations

  • Event details

  • Things we think you’ll genuinely want to know about

You can opt out at any time.
We’ll always do our best to protect your data, but please remember that no communication method is ever 100% secure.

Your Data

We take your privacy seriously.

Your personal information is protected through:

  • Encryption: Data is secured in transit and at rest

  • Secure servers: Stored on restricted, password-protected systems

  • Access control: Only essential team members can view it

We comply fully with GDPR (EU).
We only keep your data for as long as it’s needed. If you unsubscribe or withdraw your application, your information will be removed or anonymised shortly after.

We may work with trusted third-party vendors for data processing.
All follow strict privacy protocols.

Tickets & Attendance

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Sharing ticket links without permission may result in cancellation

  • If you’re bringing a guest, we’ll need their name and contact details at least 48 hours in advance

  • You may make one change to your booking (maximum)

Conduct & Atmosphere

We want Lunaire to feel warm, safe, and respectful for everyone.

  • Kindness is essential. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour toward guests, hosts, or venue staff may result in removal and a permanent ban, with no refund

  • We aim for a good mix of people, but we don’t guarantee specific numbers or ratios

  • You’re responsible for your belongings and your own safety on the night

  • No illegal substances

  • If someone is clearly intoxicated or disruptive, they may be asked to leave

  • We may ask for ID at the door. Minimum age: 20

Liability & Disclaimer

Lunaire does not run background checks.
We curate the room, but what happens within it — and afterwards — is your responsibility.

We are not liable for any interactions, connections, or relationships formed at our events.
We also cannot be held responsible for injury, emotional upset, or financial loss during or after attendance.

Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
By applying or purchasing a ticket, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to everything above.
