Lunaire is open to those aged 20 and above. If you're curious, open-minded, and interested in meeting others in real life, you're welcome to apply — wherever you’re based, and whatever your background.

We believe great nights are made by great people, and that means everyone. Lunaire does not discriminate based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic. We’re here to create inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen and respected.​

How Invitations Work

When you apply for an invite, you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Invitations aren’t guaranteed, but they are carefully considered. Our team reviews applications for each event based on a few factors, including (but not limited to):

Age, location, and shared interests

Ensuring the room feels balanced and comfortable for everyone

If you’re not selected right away, you might be added to the waitlist for future events.

We reserve the right to adapt the invitation process depending on the event and its particular vibe.

Event Access

Every Lunaire event is unique and invite-only.

Who gets invited will depend on the night we’re curating. The space, the energy, and the people we think will make it special. Selection criteria may shift slightly from event to event, but the aim is always the same: a room that just feels right.

Staying in Touch

By applying, you’re happy for us to contact you via email and WhatsApp with updates about your application, upcoming events, and things we think you’ll want to know about.

You can opt out at any time, just let us know. And while we’ll always do our best to protect your data, please be aware that no communication method is 100% secure.

Your Data

We take your privacy seriously. Here’s how we keep your personal data safe:

  • Encryption: Your data is protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard security.

  • Secure Servers: All data is stored on restricted, password-protected systems.

  • Access Control: Only the people who really need it have access.

We’re also fully compliant with GDPR (EU).

Your data won’t stick around forever; we only keep it as long as needed. If you withdraw your application or unsubscribe, your information will be removed or anonymised shortly after.

We may work with trusted third-party vendors for data processing, all of whom follow strict privacy protocols.

Tickets & Attendance

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Sharing ticket links without permission could result in cancellation.

  • If you're bringing a guest, we’ll need their name and contact details at least 48 hours in advance. You can make one change to your booking, max.

Conduct & Atmosphere

We want everyone to feel safe and respected.

  • Kindness is non-negotiable. Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour toward guests, hosts, or venue staff will lead to a permanent ban, without refund.

  • We aim for a good mix of people, but we don’t promise a specific number of attendees or gender ratio.

  • You’re responsible for your belongings and your own safety on the night.

  • No illegal substances. And if someone is clearly too intoxicated or disruptive, they may be asked to leave.

  • We may ask for ID at the door. Minimum age: 20.

Liability & Disclaimer

Lunaire doesn’t run background checks. We curate the room, but what happens after is up to you.

Any interactions or relationships formed at our events are your responsibility. We can’t be held liable for anything that happens during or after an event — including injury, emotional upset, or financial loss.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

By applying or purchasing a ticket, you're confirming that you've read and agreed to everything above.
