Can I Attend a Lunaire Event If I Don’t Live in London?

TL;DR: Lunaire is based in London, but you don’t have to live here to attend. We regularly welcome guests from across the UK who are looking for something more intentional than apps or awkward speed dating. Here's what to expect if you're travelling in for a night.

Lunaire Isn’t Just a Local Night Out. It’s a Destination.

Some people hop on the tube. Others book a train. And honestly? We’re not surprised.

Because when dating apps start to feel flat and you're craving something real, a curated room of like-minded people is worth the journey.

Do You Have to Live in London to Attend?

Not at all. We’ve had guests come in from:

  • Manchester

  • Brighton

  • Birmingham

  • Paris

  • Amsterdam

Whether it’s a weekend trip or a well-timed overnight stay, many people plan their visit around a Lunaire night. And they often leave saying it was exactly what they needed.

What to Expect If You’re Travelling In

  • We give you notice. Most events are announced 2–3 weeks in advance so you have time to plan.

  • You’ll be welcomed. Whether you come solo or with a friend, our hosts are there to make introductions and ensure you feel part of it.

  • You won’t feel like an outsider. In fact, many people come alone, and many aren’t from London either.

We design every night to feel open, warm, and easy to settle into, whether you’re local or not.

Tips for Making the Trip Worth It

If you’re coming in from out of town, we recommend:

  • Choosing a Saturday or Friday event (which we run regularly)

  • Booking somewhere nearby to stay, ideally within walking distance of the venue

  • Giving yourself the day to explore the area. You’ll walk in more relaxed, and it gives the trip more meaning than just one night

We also suggest bringing a friend if it makes you feel more at ease. Just let us know so we can curate accordingly.

Why So Many People Travel In for a Lunaire Night

Because when something feels considered, human, and aligned, it’s worth showing up for.

You could go to a loud bar in your hometown. You could swipe for hours on an app. Or you could step into a room where every detail is designed to help you feel… something.

A spark. A pull. A story worth telling. Even if it’s just to yourself, the next morning.
